What are your payment options?
We accept Paypal and most card options.
Do you do Rush Orders?
Due to the nature of creation, we require 72 hours after ordering before your epoxy mini marker is ready to be sent out. If you are ordering as a gift for a specific date coming up, and we will contact you with rush-order pricing and options.
What is your return policy?
Can I still order an "out-of-stock" item?
We can always do re-runs of minis we have previously sold out of. Please note that because we handcraft our products individually, no two products will be exactly alike- but that’s what makes us unique! Expect colors to vary slightly, and you can enjoy your one-of-a-kind creation in approximately two weeks.
How long do custom orders take?
We currently have about a two-week waiting period to create your custom mini and have it ready to be sent out.
Please be sure to specify if you are ordering as a gift for a specific date coming up, and we will contact you with rush-order pricing and options.
We do NOT offer returns on any custom-ordered mini disc markers.
